A 21 & 28 DAY low carb, DAIRY FREE DIET PLAN

Chef Mike strongly recommends a 3-4 week time period to see and feel the amazing results this diet has to offer, but you are more than welcome to order the Diet Menu for any week and time period you would like.

The Diet Menu includes 4 dinners and 4 lunches to serve 2 adults for $225 + tax per week. Single portions are also available for $140 + tax. Fresh Cut Fruit can be added for an additional price to have for breakfast 4-5 days of the week.  

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

  3. Organic Arugula Greens, Herb North Carolina Chicken, Olives, Pimentos, and a Sweet Basil Vinaigrette

  4. Sante Beef with Corn, Green Chilis, Tomatoes, and Brown Rice

  5. Quinoa Salad with Roasted North Carolina Chicken, Chimichurri, Capers, Green Beans, and Lemon

DINNERS

  1. CAB Meatballs with a Roasted Vegetable Marinara, and Basil Pesto Risotto

  2. Chipotle BBQ Grilled Shrimp with a Mango-Lime Salsa, Smoked Tomato Salad, and Cilantro Rice

  3. North Carolina Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya with Trinity Vegetables, and Red Beans and Rice

  4. Grilled North Carolina Chicken with Smoked Tomato and Shallot Relish, Roasted Sprouts with Bacon and Sherry Vinegar, and Cajun Red Potatoes

  5. Bone Sucking Baby Back Ribs with Steamed Broccoli
