A 21 & 28 DAY GLUTEN FREE & DAIRY FREE DIET PLAN

 Chef Mike strongly recommends a 3-4 week time period to see and feel the amazing results this diet has to offer, but you are more than welcome to order the Diet Menu for any week and time period you would like.

The Diet Menu includes 4 dinners and 4 lunches to serve 2 adults for $225 + tax per week. Single portions are also available for $140 + tax. Fresh Cut Fruit can be added for an additional price to have for breakfast 4-5 days of the week.  

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

LUNCHES

  1. Vietnamese Pho with Oriental Vegetables
  2. Spinach Greens, Blackened Pork, Pickled Red Onion, Sweet Peppers and Poppyseed Vinaigrette
  3. Kale Mixed Greens, Grilled CAB Beef, Carrots, Tomatoes and Raspberry Vinaigrette
  4. Chicken Cordon Bleu with Black Forest Ham, Dijonaise, Grilled Asparagus and Brown Rice
  5. Southwestern Chicken Fajitas with Roasted Vegetables and Three Bean Salad (5th Lunch)

DINNERS

  1. Chefs CAB Pot Roast with Braised Vegetables
  2. Grilled Yellowfin Tuna with Caper Brown EVOO and Anitpasta Salad
  3. Herb Crusted and Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Poached Cranberries, Roasted Beet and Fig Salad and Toasted Walnut Risotto
  4. Asian Braised Chicken and Broccoli with Ginger Mandarin Scratch Teriyaki and Toasted Peanut and Scallion Rice
  5. Pecan Crusted Chicken with Maple Vinaigrette, Orange and Ginger Roasted Parsnips and Roasted Sprouts with Bacon and Sherry Vinegar (5th Dinner)
