What we offer
Every week Chef Michael Saunders creates NEW and Exciting Menus that are prepared in our Raleigh kitchen and delivered to your door, work, or CrossFit Gym once a week. All recipes are made from scratch using whenever possible local and fresh ingredients and USDA Choice Meats. We offer four menus; our zone that offers breakfasts, lunches and dinners for 6 days, low carb dairy free that offers 4 or 5 days of lunches and dinners, a paleo menu that offers 6 days of lunches and dinners, and our weekly or family menu! There’s something for everyone!!
