Specifically Engineered by an Executive Chef for Fat Loss and Lean Muscle Gain

All meals will contain 28-32 Grams of Protein, 34-38 Grams of Carbs and 10-14 Grams of Fat  (4 Blocks)

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

  6. Organic Romaine Greens, Teriyaki Pork, Broccoli, Mandarin Oranges, and a Ginger Vinaigrette

DINNERS

  1. CAB Beef Stroganoff with a Wild Mushroom Brandy Sauce, Roasted Garlic Egg Noodles, and Charred Carrots

Delivery Notes:

  • Food can be delivered to you CrossFit Gym.

  • Please have a cooler outside with ice packs for us to transfer food if delivering to home address.

  • Any cooler bags or coolers we drop off are to be returned to delivery point weekly.
