A 21 & 28 DAY low carb, DAIRY FREE DIET PLAN

Chef Mike strongly recommends a 3-4 week time period to see and feel the amazing results this diet has to offer, but you are more than welcome to order the Diet Menu for any week and time period you would like.

The Diet Menu includes 4 dinners and 4 lunches to serve 2 adults for $225 + tax per week. Single portions are also available for $140 + tax. Fresh Cut Fruit can be added for an additional price to have for breakfast 4-5 days of the week (under weekly menu).  

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

LUNCHES

  1. Wonton Soup with Braised Chicken and Mixed Vegetables 

  2. Organic Kale Mix Greens, Greek Chicken, Tomatoes, Banana Peppers and a Greek Vinaigrette

  3. Organic Romaine Greens, Teriyaki Pork, Broccoli, Mandarin Oranges, and a Ginger Vinaigrette

  4. Santa Fe Beef with Corn, Tomates, Green Chilis, and Brown Rice

  5. Asian Vegetable Lo Mein with Shredded Beef and a Thai Peanut Sauce

DINNERS

  1. CAB Beef Stroganoff with a Wild Mushroom Brandy Sauce, Roasted Garlic Egg Noodles, and Charred Carrots

  2. North Carolina Style Pulled Pork with a Housemade Vinegar Sauce, Roasted NC Sweet Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli

  3. Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya with Trinity Vegetables, and a Mixed Vegetable Red Beans and Rice

  4. Grilled Bone Sucking BBQ Chicken with NC Bonesucking Sauce and Grilled Green Beans

  5. Blackened Shrimp Tacos with Grilled Pineapple Rice, and a Caribbean  Coleslaw
