Chef Mike strongly recommends a 3-4 week time period to see and feel the amazing results this diet has to offer, but you are more than welcome to order the Diet Menu for any week and time period you would like.
The Diet Menu includes 4 dinners and 4 lunches to serve 2 adults for $225 + tax per week. Single portions are also available for $140 + tax. Fresh Cut Fruit can be added for an additional price to have for breakfast 4-5 days of the week.
The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.
