A 21 & 28 DAY low carb, DAIRY FREE DIET PLAN

Chef Mike strongly recommends a 3-4 week time period to see and feel the amazing results this diet has to offer, but you are more than welcome to order the Diet Menu for any week and time period you would like.

The Diet Menu includes 4 dinners and 4 lunches to serve 2 adults for $225 + tax per week. Single portions are also available for $140 + tax. Fresh Cut Fruit can be added for an additional price to have for breakfast 4-5 days of the week (under weekly menu).  

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

  1. Slow Roasted CAB Brisket with a Horseradish Sauce and Grilled Green Beans

  2. Chef’s Famous Dry Rub Ribs with Maple Bacon Baked Beans and Roasted Vegetables

  3. BBQ Chicken with North Carolina Bone Sucking Sauce, Loaded Potato Casserole, and Steamed Broccoli

  4. Pan Seared Chicken Marsala with a Wild Mushroom Demi Glace, Roasted Garlic and Parsley Risotto and Stuffed Zucchini

  5. Pan Seared Mahi Veloute with Charred Baby Carrots and Rice Pilaf
