Weekly menu meals will feed 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children)

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

Minimum order is 2 meals.

  1. Braised CAB Beef Short Ribs with a Red Wine Demi Glace, Parsnip Puree, and Roasted Garlic Asparagus

  2. Grilled Shrimp with Lemon and Parsley, a Roasted Parsnip Saute with Apples and Oranges, and a Quinoa Salad with Mixed Vegetables

  3. Sesame Crusted Yellowfin Tuna with a Pickled Ginger and Jalapeno Relish, Braised Cabbage, and Hoisin Red Potatoes

  4. Mesquite Grilled Pork Chops with a Chimichurri Sauce, Stuffed Peppers, and Cilantro Lime Rice

  5. Lemon Rosemary North Carolina Chicken with Roasted Squash and Boursin Risotto

  6. Herb Crusted North Carolina Chicken Breast with a Cranberry Relish, Green Bean Casserole, and Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes

Basil Pesto North Carolina Chicken Pasta with a Gorgonzola Cream Sauce, with Roasted Tomatoes and Grilled Peppers


SOUP: $20 + TAX

Tomato Basil Bisque

Organic Romaine Greens, CAB Beef, Black Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Green Chilies and a Candied Lime Vinaigrette
