Weekly menu meals will feed 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children)

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

Minimum order is 2 meals.

MEALS: $50 + tax

  1. CAB Meatballs with Fresh Mozzarella, Roasted Vegetable Marinara, Basil Pesto Risotto and Garlic Bread

  2. Crispy North Atlantic Cod with a Soy Miso Glaze, Cold Asparagus Salad, and Sweet and Spicy Rice Noodles

  3. Chipotle BBQ Grilled Shrimp with a Mango-Lime Salsa, Smoked Tomato Salad, and Cilantro Rice

  4. Bone Sucking Baby Back Ribs with a Four Cheese Mac and Cheese and Steamed Broccoli

  5. North Carolina Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya with Trinity Vegetables, Red Beans and Rice and Cream Cheese Stuffed  Peppers

  6. Chef’s Pimento Cheese North Carolina Chicken with Roasted Sprouts with Bacon and Sherry Vinegar, and Cajun Red Potatoes

CASSEROLE: $30 + TAX

Sante Beef with Corn, Green Chilis, Tomatoes, Queso, and Brown Rice


SOUP: $20 + TAX

Black Bean Soup with Mandarin Salsa

ENTREE SALAD: $30 + TAX

Cobb Salad with Black Forest Ham, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Blue Cheese, Hard Boiled Eggs, and a Scratch Made Ranch

 

SALAD: INCLUDED WITH MINIMUM ORDER OF 2 MEALS

Organic Arugula Greens, Olives, Pimentos, and a Sweet Basil Vinaigrette

  1. Braised Lentils with Wilted Spinach, Garlic, Goat Cheese, and Pine Nuts

  2. Quinoa Salad with Chimichurri, Capers, Green Beans, and Lemon
