Weekly menu meals will feed 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children)

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

Minimum order is 2 meals.

  1. Teriyaki Marinated CAB Steak Skewers with a Chimichurri Sauce, Wasabi Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions with Ginger and Rice Wine Vinegar

  2. Cedar Plank Smoked Salmon with a Horseradish-Chive Creme Fresh, Blackened Asparagus, and a Mixed Vegetable Rice Pilaf

  3. Jumbo Shrimp Scampi with a Lemon Garlic Sauce, Fresh Pasta with Sangria Tomatoes, Caramelized Leeks and Basil, and Garlic Bread for Dipping

  4. Sausage and Chicken Jambalaya with Trinity Vegetables, Cream Cheese Stuffed Sweet Peppers, and Red Beans and Rice

  5. Spiced Apple and Brie Stuffed North Carolina Chicken Breast with a Maple Brown Butter, a Butternut Squash Salad, and Herb Red Potatoes

  6. Bacon Wrapped and Cream Cheese Smothered North Carolina Chicken Breast with a Pickled Jalapeno Relish, Baked Beans, and Charred Green Beans
