Weekly menu meals will feed 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children)

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

Minimum order is 2 meals.

  1. Slow Roasted CAB Beef Brisket with a Horseradish Sauce, Grilled Green Beans, and Sweet Potato Mash

  2. Chef’s Shepherd Pie with a Bone Marrow Broth, Mixed Vegetables, Rosemary Whipped Potatoes, and Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

  3. Espresso and Ancho Chili Crusted Pork Chops with a Cranberry-Apricot Chutney, Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions with Fresh Sage, and Parsnip Puree

  4. Pistachio Crusted Salmon with a Lavender-Basil Brown Butter, Ginger Garlic Roasted Baby Carrots, and Brown Rice

  5. Roasted North Carolina Chicken Florentine with Spinach, Lemon and Roasted Tomatoes, Grilled Zucchini, and Roasted Garlic and Feta Red Potatoes

  6. Grilled North Carolina Chicken Breast with Fire Roasted Red Peppers and Goat Cheese, and a Spinach Artichoke Risotto
