Weekly menu meals will feed 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children)

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

Minimum order is 2 meals.

MEALS: $50 + tax

  1. CAB Beef Stroganoff with a Wild Mushroom Brandy Sauce, Roasted Garlic Egg Noodles, and Charred Carrots

  2. Slow Roasted CAB Beef Brisket with Horseradish Onions, Baked Potatoes with Chive Butter, and Roasted Vegetables

  3. Blackened Shrimp Tacos with a Smoked Paprika Crema, Grilled Pineapple Rice, and a Caribbean  Coleslaw

  4. North Carolina Style Pulled Pork with a Housemade Vinegar Sauce, Roasted NC Sweet Potatoes with a Maple Brown Butter, and Steamed Broccoli

  5. Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya with Trinity Vegetables, and a Mixed Vegetable Red Beans and Rice

  6. Grilled Bone Sucking BBQ Chicken with NC Bonesucking Sauce, Mac and Cheese, and Grilled Green Beans

Santa Fe Beef with Corn, Tomates, Green Chilis, Queso, and Brown Rice


SOUP: $20 + TAX

Wonton Soup with Braised Chicken and Mixed Vegetables

ENTREE SALAD: $30 + TAX

Organic Kale Mix Greens, Greek Chicken, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives, Banana Peppers, Red Onions, Feta Cheese and a Greek Vinaigrette

 

SALAD: INCLUDED WITH MINIMUM ORDER OF 2 MEALS

Organic Romaine Greens, Broccoli, Mandarin Oranges, and a Ginger Vinaigrette
