Weekly menu meals will feed 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children)

The following week's menu will be available on Tuesday evening. Please have orders submitted by 7 pm on Friday. Orders will be delivered the following Monday.

Minimum order is 2 meals.

  1. CAB Shredded Beef Bolognese with a Roasted Vegetable Marinara, Basil Pesto Pasta, and Garlic Bread

  2. Slow Roasted CAB Brisket with a Horseradish Sauce, Four Cheese Mac and Cheese, and Grilled Green Beans

  3. Pan Seared Mahi Veloute with Charred Baby Carrots and Rice Pilaf

  4. Chef’s Famous Dry Rub Ribs with Maple Bacon Baked Beans and Roasted Vegetables

  5. BBQ Chicken with North Carolina Bone Sucking Sauce, Loaded Potato Casserole, and Steamed Broccoli

  6. Pan Seared Chicken Marsala with a Wild Mushroom Demi Glace, Roasted Garlic and Parsley Risotto and Panko and Parmesan Stuffed Zucchini

CASSEROLE: $30 + TAX

Chicken Parmesan with a Roasted Vegetable Marinara, Fresh Mozzarella, and Penne Pasta


SOUP: $20 + TAX

Pancetta and White Bean with Fresh Rosemary

ENTREE SALAD: $30 + TAX

Organic Superfoods Mixed Greens, Grilled Shrimp, Sunflower Seeds, Sweet Peppers, Croutons, Cucumbers and a Grapefruit-Shallot Vinaigrette

 

SALAD: INCLUDED WITH MINIMUM ORDER OF 2 MEALS

Organic Spinach Greens, Red Onions, Strawberries, and a Candied Lime Vinaigrette
